Great local home/garden/ hardware store. Current management is outstanding. We recently had to find “iron nails” for a science lab on magnetism. The manager made a call to her co-manager on his off day to find the right product for us. Just one example of this store going the extra mile for customers. (BTW if you ever need iron nails, you’ll find them under concrete nails.)

We picked up a few items for my girlfriends garden and these folks here are the most helpful. We also noticed that these prices were comparable, if not better than the prices at Home Depot. I would rather spend in a local institution than a corporation.

What a great ACE hardware store location. The owner women, Tina was super nice on the phone. She was willing to put my name on this 4 burner blackstone grill. I arrived at the store and all employees were super nice. As you can see in the picture, they loaded the grill for me. I will continue to shop this location in the Dewitt/Syracuse area.

This store looks small from the outside, but inside... everything you can think of is here! All the young men inside working the store was a bonus. Unlike Loews or Home depot where you can't get anyone to assist you these guys were available to help. Today I only purchased duct tape and screws, but I'll definitely be back! Very impressive. I should've been coming here as it's closer to my home.
